We entered Miami in 2021 with a rule — bayfront or canopy, nothing in between. Every residence in this market either faces water or sits under mature tree cover, because those are the two things this city offers that nowhere else does.
Construction here is impact-rated throughout, with deep terraces, operable louvers where the plan allows, and cross-ventilation designed in rather than added on. Buildings that work with the climate cost more to build and considerably less to live in.
Our Miami team operates out of the Brickell office and manages all three properties directly. Spanish, Portuguese, and Creole are spoken on the leasing floor.
