Virginia-Highland does not want a tower and should not get one. Ansley & Vine is four four-story buildings around two courtyards, with every mature oak on the parcel preserved — including the one we had to redesign a stair core around.
The result is a building that behaves like a neighborhood. You walk through a courtyard to get home. You know your neighbors because you pass them. Sixty-two homes is small enough that our leasing director knows every resident's name.

Rent at Ansley & Vine covers your residence, full access to every amenity floor, smart-access entry, and 24-hour maintenance. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed monthly as a flat utility package. Electricity and internet are set up directly by the resident, and our team will send provider details with your welcome packet.
Applications are completed online and typically return a decision within one business day. We ask for photo identification, two recent pay statements or an offer letter, and a gross household income of 2.5 times the monthly rent. A one-time application and administrative fee applies per adult occupant.
Standard terms run 12 to 15 months. Shorter terms from three months are available in select residences at a month-to-month premium, and our furnished Sojourn homes are offered on 30-day terms. Your leasing director will price every option side by side before you commit.
Two pets per residence, no weight limit, breed restrictions apply. One-time $350 fee per pet plus $25 monthly pet rent. Both courtyards are dog-friendly and there is a wash station off the garage.
One assigned space beneath the buildings is included with every residence. Second spaces are $110 per month when available. Four Level 2 EV chargers at cost.
Yes. Walk-in tours are welcome during office hours, though scheduling ahead guarantees a leasing director walks you through personally and holds any residence you are considering for 24 hours. Self-guided and live video tours are also available seven days a week.
