What we collect

When you request a tour, apply for a residence, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — name, contact details, desired move-in timing, and anything you choose to tell us about what you are looking for.

Applicants additionally provide identification, income documentation, and consent to a screening report. Screening is performed by a consumer reporting agency; we receive the result, not the underlying file.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Basic server logs record page requests for security and capacity purposes and are retained for 30 days.

How we use it

Tour and contact information is used to reach you about the residences you asked about. Application information is used to evaluate the application and, if approved, to prepare a lease.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third-party marketers. Vendors who process information on our behalf — screening, payments, maintenance dispatch — are contractually limited to that purpose.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no lease or legal obligation requires retention. Marketing email carries an unsubscribe link in every message, and opting out never affects an application.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy statutes have additional rights, including the right to appeal a denied request. We honor those rights for every resident and applicant regardless of state.
