Thirty-one floors in Edgewater with Margaret Pace Park on the bay two blocks south and the Design District ten minutes north.
Edgewater is where Miami's next decade of density is landing, and it has the one thing Brickell no longer has much of: continuous bayfront park. Aurelia was sited to face it.
The amenity program is stacked on the eighth floor so the pool deck is level with the park canopy rather than the street, and the top-floor sky lounge takes the full sweep from the Julia Tuttle to downtown.

Rent at Aurelia Edgewater covers your residence, full access to every amenity floor, smart-access entry, and 24-hour maintenance. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed monthly as a flat utility package. Electricity and internet are set up directly by the resident, and our team will send provider details with your welcome packet.
Applications are completed online and typically return a decision within one business day. We ask for photo identification, two recent pay statements or an offer letter, and a gross household income of 2.5 times the monthly rent. A one-time application and administrative fee applies per adult occupant.
Standard terms run 12 to 15 months. Shorter terms from three months are available in select residences at a month-to-month premium, and our furnished Sojourn homes are offered on 30-day terms. Your leasing director will price every option side by side before you commit.
Two pets per residence, 75-pound limit, breed restrictions apply. One-time $450 fee per pet plus $35 monthly pet rent. Margaret Pace Park has a large fenced dog run two blocks south.
Assigned covered parking is $210 per month. Fourteen Level 2 EV chargers plus two DC fast chargers.
