Auburn
Efficient studio with a full kitchen and a Juliet balcony over the trail.
On the Beltline. Not near it — on it.
You cannot buy Beltline frontage anymore. We bought this parcel in 2019 and held it, and the building was designed from the trail inward — the ground floor opens onto it, the amenity terrace overlooks it, and the residences step back so the trail never feels watched.
Old Fourth Ward is Atlanta's best argument for density done well. Lorraine House was built to belong in it, not to loom over it: eight stories, brick that matches the neighborhood's warehouse stock, and a ground floor given over to a bakery and a wine shop rather than a leasing office.

Reservable overnight suites at the Signature properties, so visiting family does not mean a hotel or your sofa.
Old Fourth Ward changed faster than any neighborhood in Atlanta and somehow kept its texture. Ponce City Market anchors the north end, Krog Street the south, and the trail between them is the busiest sidewalk in the city on a Saturday. Historic Fourth Ward Park handles the green.
Eastside Beltline Trail is at the property line. Streetcar stop at Edgewood & Boulevard is a three-minute walk.
★★★★★“I sold my car eight months after moving in. The trail plus the streetcar covers almost everything I do.”
★★★★★“The bakery downstairs knows my order. It is a small thing and it is the whole reason this feels like home.”
Rent at Lorraine House covers your residence, full access to every amenity floor, smart-access entry, and 24-hour maintenance. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed monthly as a flat utility package. Electricity and internet are set up directly by the resident, and our team will send provider details with your welcome packet.
Applications are completed online and typically return a decision within one business day. A one-time application and administrative fee applies per adult occupant.
Standard terms run 12 to 15 months. Shorter terms from three months are available in select residences at a month-to-month premium, and our furnished Sojourn homes are offered on 30-day terms. Your leasing director will price every option side by side before you commit.
