The building
Nineteen floors on Peachtree with an unobstructed eastern exposure over Piedmont Park — the view Midtown developers have been chasing for thirty years and rarely get.
The park frontage is the whole thesis. We oriented 71 percent of the residences east so that the majority of homes look at green rather than at glass, and we pushed the amenity deck to the ninth floor where the tree canopy still reads as a canopy.
Midtown asks a building to work hard. Ardmore Row answers with a lobby you can actually receive a guest in, a fitness floor sized for the number of people who use it at 6am, and a parking ratio that does not leave you circling.

Rent at Ardmore Row covers your residence, full access to every amenity floor, smart-access entry, and 24-hour maintenance. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed monthly as a flat utility package. Electricity and internet are set up directly by the resident, and our team will send provider details with your welcome packet.
Applications are completed online and typically return a decision within one business day. We ask for photo identification, two recent pay statements or an offer letter, and a gross household income of 2.5 times the monthly rent. A one-time application and administrative fee applies per adult occupant.
Standard terms run 12 to 15 months. Shorter terms from three months are available in select residences at a month-to-month premium, and our furnished Sojourn homes are offered on 30-day terms. Your leasing director will price every option side by side before you commit.
Two pets per residence, no weight limit, breed restrictions apply. One-time $400 fee per pet plus $30 monthly pet rent. Piedmont Park's off-leash area is a six-minute walk, and the ninth floor has a turfed relief terrace.
Assigned garage parking is $175 per month, tandem at $240. Ten Level 2 EV chargers are available at cost. Guest parking validated for four hours.
