The building
Ninety-four residences a short walk off Marietta Square, built at the scale of the historic district around it — brick, punched openings, a slate-grey standing-seam roof.
Marietta Square is one of the genuinely good urban rooms in metro Atlanta, and building next to it carries an obligation. The Whitlock is four stories, brick-clad, with a cornice line that reads against the 1890s stock on Whitlock Avenue rather than against a rendering.
Inside, we did not economize because the rent is lower here. Same oak floors, same Bosch appliances, same in-house maintenance team as the towers in town. The difference is the square out the door and a commute up 75 instead of through it.

Marietta Square runs a farmers market on Saturdays, a theatre on the north side, and about a dozen restaurants worth a table. The Whitlock puts all of it within four minutes on foot — and Kennesaw Mountain trailheads are ten minutes by car for anyone who wants elevation on a Sunday.

Rent at The Whitlock covers your residence, full access to every amenity floor, smart-access entry, and 24-hour maintenance. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed monthly as a flat utility package. Electricity and internet are set up directly by the resident, and our team will send provider details with your welcome packet.
Applications are completed online and typically return a decision within one business day. We ask for photo identification, two recent pay statements or an offer letter, and a gross household income of 2.5 times the monthly rent. A one-time application and administrative fee applies per adult occupant.
Standard terms run 12 to 15 months. Shorter terms from three months are available in select residences at a month-to-month premium, and our furnished Sojourn homes are offered on 30-day terms. Your leasing director will price every option side by side before you commit.
Two pets per residence, no weight limit, breed restrictions apply. One-time $300 fee per pet plus $25 monthly pet rent. A fenced run sits behind the west building.
Surface and covered parking is included with every residence at no additional charge. Four Level 2 EV chargers at cost. Guest parking is unrestricted.
