Rent at Ponce Reserve covers your residence, full access to every amenity floor, smart-access entry, and 24-hour maintenance. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed monthly as a flat utility package. Electricity and internet are set up directly by the resident, and our team will send provider details with your welcome packet.
Applications are completed online and typically return a decision within one business day. We ask for photo identification, two recent pay statements or an offer letter, and a gross household income of 2.5 times the monthly rent. A one-time application and administrative fee applies per adult occupant.
Standard terms run 12 to 15 months. Shorter terms from three months are available in select residences at a month-to-month premium, and our furnished Sojourn homes are offered on 30-day terms. Your leasing director will price every option side by side before you commit.
Two pets per residence, no weight limit, breed restrictions apply. One-time $300 fee per pet plus $25 monthly pet rent. Glenlake Park's off-leash area is an eight-minute walk.
Assigned garage parking is $95 per month. Six Level 2 EV chargers at cost. A large share of residents here commute by rail and skip parking entirely.
