Plan on 35 to 45 minutes for a single building — enough time to see the amenity floors, two or three available residences, and the specific exposure you would actually be living with. Multi-building tour routes run about two hours including drive time, and we will drive.
Yes. Any home you tour is held for 24 hours at no cost and with no obligation, so you are not deciding under pressure in a hallway. If you need longer, a refundable hold is available for seven days.
Nothing for the tour itself. If you decide to apply the same day, having photo identification and two recent pay statements handy will get you a decision faster — but nothing needs to be decided on site.
We encourage it, and we will build the route. Tell us where you commute to and what you are trying to spend, and your leasing director will pick the two or three addresses worth your afternoon — including ones that are cheaper than the one you called about.
Self-guided tours run from 8am to 8pm seven days a week with a verified ID and a phone. Live video walkthroughs can be scheduled into the evening. Attended tours follow office hours.
